Are you ready? Do you have what it takes? That’s really what Tobias asked us during the last Shoud. He essentially said, “Here is everything you’ve asked me to remind you of over the last 10 years. Are you ready to really live it now? Are you ready to be who you already are?

Of course there is no right or wrong answer to that question, and some of us might not want to say ‘Yes’ just yet. Not all of us are quite ready to stop whining about things that aren’t working out, accept full responsibility for everything in our lives, and take that leap into the new. After all, what if we do – and then it doesn’t work out? Not every Shaumbra necessarily feels quite ready for that level of responsibility (and I’ve talked to a few who have told me so) but then again, every day is new!.

For those of us who are ready to say ‘Yes,’ now it’s time to walk our talk. No more excuses, no more complaining, no more sighing about how we wish something had worked out differently, that someone else had made a different choice, that our soul should care more about what our human wants. That stuff just won’t work where we’re going.

When I feel into what’s ahead, I feel excitement mixed with a twinge of sadness. It’s like graduating from school – free to create a whole new life, yet knowing we’re leaving behind the safety net of what used to be home. It’s exciting, but can we really do it? How do we know all this isn’t “just another belief system,” as a Christian friend of mine has said? Is it really something that goes deeper than belief? How would I know? When do you go beyond belief into knowing?

For me, that happens when something becomes my experience. I can believe I’m the creator of my reality, but until I experience it I don’t really know it. That’s why Tobias is encouraging us to take full ownership and management of everything in our life, not to control it but to experience being the creator of it. Once we know – not just believe, but know – that we are sovereign creators, then anything is possible. But until then, the mere belief in our creatorship falls apart the minute something doesn’t happen the way we wanted or expected it to.

The truth is, you don’t become a creator, you ARE a creator. It’s not that everything in your life is created by others until you take charge, it already IS being created by you, whether you believe that or not. And when you take ownership of that, you’ll start finding out how it actually works.

What’s cool is that when you take full ownership of your reality, it starts expanding! Since you’re no longer a victim to your reality, you are no longer hiding from it; and since you’re not hiding from it, it’s easier to feel the many layers of it; and when you start really opening up and feeling your reality, magic starts happening!

I know it sounds funny but lately I have been feeling my food. Before I start eating I savor the sight of my meal, every aspect of its appearance, its color, its smell; then I take a bite and really FEEL into it, even before I start chewing. I savor the taste, the texture, everything – and believe me, feeling my food like that has changed my eating experience! A couple days ago I felt into a nut I was eating. Now I don’t know much about nuts, except that most of them grow on trees, but I suddenly knew what kind of tree that particular nut came from and exactly what the leaves looked like! So I went online and checked. Sure enough, there was a picture of the leaves just as I had “seen” them.

What an efficient way to learn stuff – simply accept and experience your reality on every level! When you’re no longer afraid of your environment – because you know it’s all yours – then you can really explore it. Try it sometime!

Want to know how someone you love is feeling, even though they are far away? Just breathe and feel. You’ll know – unless you let the questions kick in about whether you’re just making it up, whether it’s ‘right’ or not, and all the other mind chatter that keeps you from feeling.

Want to understand someone’s choice that has impacted you? Just breathe and feel. You’ll know – unless you’re busy feeling picked on and victimized.

Want to know the potentials that are waiting to come into your life? Just breathe and feel. You’ll know – unless you’re too busy complaining about how “everything went wrong and apparently I don’t know how to create.”

Want to know about a star in the sky, the other side of the moon, what’s at the bottom of the lake, how the weather is somewhere else, where the food on your plate came from, what were the motives of that person on the news, or anything else? Breathe and feel. You’ll just know – unless you don’t trust what you feel.

When it’s all yours, then life becomes your playground and living gets fun! Just this morning I met a very interesting elemental being who lives in/around our home. I had a very enlightening ‘conversation’ with him, and am pretty sure it won’t be the last. Because I have taken total ownership of my reality, I can interact with everything in it. And I can finally feel the excitement we felt when we came up with the whole idea of Earth and 3D reality. What a fun sandbox to play in!
